About Mic LittleAfter gaining comparisons to a Jackson 5 era Michael Jackson, youngster Mic Little quickly graduated from singing in the gospel churches of central L.A. to performing a showcase gig for Jay Z. The notorious rapper was so impressed he signed the then 12 year old to his Def Jam label on the spot. Mic's debut 2006 single was a collaboration with Ne-Yo entitled Put It in a Letter. Despite failing to make a substantial commercial break through, Little is still seen in hip hop circles as a future superstar, and is currently investing his efforts into classical and jazz training to expand his musical options. He's expected to return to the studio in the near future, with 'in the know' magazines - especially in the light of vocal comparisons to a recently deceased Jackson - anticipating an extremely bright, hit-filled future.
