About Motley CrueHeavily tattooed iconic-rockers Motley Crue's members have all had alcohol, drug and legal problems throughout their shambolic pasts. Tracks like Too Fast for Love and Shout the Devil have proceeded to near legendary status, with artists as diverse as Slipknot, Moby and Linkin Park citing the Crue as an influence. Girls, Girls, Girls is an icon of whiskey swilling, motorbike riding rock lovers. Their rise to fame has seen member Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee in particular become household names in the rock genre, with Lee famously involved with supermodel Pamela Anderson, and Sixx producing a book entitled 'The Heroin Diaries: A Year in the Life of a Shattered Rockstar'. After a tumultuous decade between 1992 and 2003, the band reformed to produce a new album in 2004. A film documenting their wild exploits is due for release in 2011.
