
About Sheryl CrowSheryl Crow (Full name Sheryl Suzanne Crow) was born in 1962 in Missouri to already musically adapt parents; her father Wendell was a trumpet player and Lawyer while her mother Bernice was a piano teacher. After graduating from college Crow made her living as a music teacher but found her first mainstream coverage featuring in Rolling Stone in 1993. Her first attempt at a debut album had been turned down by record companies but she found success with her first proper studio album, 'Tuesday Night Music Club', which went onto sell over 7 million copies in the UK and US, winning Crow three Grammy awards.Her next album which was self titled went triple platinum in the US and she has continue to create platinum selling records ever since. Her latest studio album, Detours was released in 2008 and reached number 2 in the US and Canada.
