About TwistaChicago gangsta rapper Twista - or Tung Twista, as he was previously known - once spieled a whopping 11.2 words per second, giving him the title 'world's fastest MC'. That was back in '92, but his speed has only slightly diminished now, as he pelts out jagged quick fire rap alongside some soul-drenched melody. 2004's Kamikaze is his most successful album to date, a platinum monster that shot to number one in the US album charts in 2004, while single Slow Jamz - a collaboration with Kanye West and Jamie Foxx from the same album - topped the US singles charts in 2003. Other collaborations have included Mariah Carey and R.Kelly. Twista's more recent albums Adrenaline Rush 2007 and Category F5 have struggled to match the impressive chart success of his earlier efforts. Meanwhile, Twista has launched his own record label, the unsubtly titled 'Get Money Gang Entertainment'.
